Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance is observed each year on Oct. 15 with the Arkansas Wave of Light Ceremony in Little Rock. This year’s event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, on the steps of the Arkansas State Capitol. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved to the parking deck underneath the Victory Building at 1401 W.
